TRANSFORMING OUR MINDS

In my book of wisdom today there was this quote by Matthieu Ricard:

“Our search for happiness is more often founded on our illusions than on reality.  It is pointless to try to shape the world to fit our desires: we must transform our minds.”

There is not much I can add to this quote other than the following question:

“Who are you choosing to be?”
